yea I've had this happen too while having no ongoing calls. While you can have 10 concurrent calls, you still cannot send a bunch of concurrent requests all at the same time. A sleep module takes care of this or as @Ali M said a break module works even better. I don't know that Vapi has published anything on what their rate limits actually are, but it would be nice to know this
