Blocks feedback: Wondering how to call a tool (to get for example customer data) then based on that data decide what block to go to? Also, it's unclear how to retrieve metadata about the call (eg the end users phonenumber) to use as an id to looking more context). I'm new to Vapi so this is probably all really easy, just don't know how it works yet.
