you're massively over estimating what LLMs do. they don't understand anything, they don't think, they're not conscious. they're just really advanced progams that guess what word comes next in a sentence. prompts like that don't work on them. they can't even handle prompts like "give me examples of words with 7 letters." what i did was tell it in what situation i want it to transfer the call, and that works pretty well. like "if the caller asks to be transfered to a human, transfer the call using the TransferCall tool"
