@lemon They did. It is absolute garbage now. Plus they changed the KB provider and never told anyone outside a discord message. When you use the dashboard interface it doesn't even create the actual file in the KB or a KB at all, so it just hallunicates everything. They didn't bother to tell anyone they have to switch to the new KB provider and you can't even do this through the dashboard only with an API call.
