With respect to @Mason | Building KOI and @lemon n I've been using Vapi for about a month now and I'm very close to selling (hopefully) hundreds of agents. I have created some incredible agents that are, at this point, 98% reliable. I will tell you that they are quite finicky and they take quite a bit of testing to get them right. I'm personally taking a bet on Vapi and I'm a tad nervous but I'm hoping the team is very serious and the product is stable. Here's the reasons I say that. (1) the "MyVapi" information on chat gpt is clearly using outdated training. It recommends commands and features, endpoints, etc., that simply aren't available. (2) I see glitches in the interface and there are a bunch of things I would change, but hey, this is a startup in a fast moving industry and I'm willing to grow with that., (3) comments from folks like @lemon do give me concern. I haven't seen this particular demo, but again, I suspect this is from growing pains. My thoughts, given my aggressive testing over the past few weeks, is that the endpoints for tools they are calling may have changed and the agents cannot communicate. An easy problem to have when you are a small company that is growing too fast. ..... Hey guys these are just my 2 cents. I'd love to hear feedback from folks who have been working with VAPI with real clients to tell me the product and the API is stable and that changes / updates do not break real-world implementations (my biggest concern). Oh, one more comment: This discord is THE BEST resource I've found and I feel that I've searched everywhere. ChatGPT gives some insights, but it doesn't understand Vapi. MyVapi on chat is practically worthless. The API docs are great, but they don't give great examples (thanks to all those who have helped in my previous questions).
