Hello, I have finished setting up all my automations and have successfully configured VAPI. However, when the AI collects information through the tools (connected to Make), it frequently uses expressions like “Hold on a second” or “Give me a moment,” which come across as disrespectful and unprofessional. I have tried several times to add instructions with different phrasings, but the issue persists. Do you have a solution for this? Best regards,
