calendarID is not being asked by the user right?

No its not
The user only picks the desired doctor to meet for the appointment. Vapi understands the calender id of each doctors so it gets the id and runs it through make for availability check

You check the filter?
Recheck webhook - if anything just create a new one, and change it were it needs to be changed.
Recheck if tool has right webhook also.
