90% of our outbound calls work just fine. We are getting Twilio Connection Failed for a specific local phone number in San Francisco. I reviewed the advice here: https://discord.com/channels/1211482211119796234/1314278380262260737/1314279119520927775 but none appear to apply as calls are working for any other phone number.

@Marcos Polanco It's great to hear that the majority of your outbound calls are working well. For the specific issue with the local San Francisco number, there could be a few reasons why this is happening. Since you've already reviewed the common advice and it doesn't seem to apply, we might need to look into more specific details for this case. Here are a few steps we can take to troubleshoot the issue: 1. **Check Number Formatting**: Ensure that the phone number is formatted correctly, including the country code, area code, and local number. 2. **Review Twilio Logs**: Check the Twilio logs for any error messages or warnings related to the failed connection attempts to this specific number. 3. **Test Call**: If possible, try making a manual call to the number outside of the API to ensure that the number is active and can receive calls. 4. **Contact Twilio Support**: If the issue persists, it may be necessary to reach out to Twilio's support team with the details of the failed call attempts for further investigation. 5. **Check for Blocking Issues**: Ensure that the number in question has not accidentally been blocked or is not on a do-not-disturb list. If you would like, I can assist you in reviewing the logs or contacting support. Please provide me with any specific error codes or messages you're seeing in the logs, and I'll do my best to help you resolve this issue.
