@sgang07 It sounds like there might be an issue with the assistant ID you're using or with the permissions associated with your API key. Here are a few tips and tricks you can try: 1. **Verify Assistant ID**: Double-check that the assistant ID you're using is correct. It should match the ID of the assistant you're trying to configure. 2. **Check API Key Permissions**: Ensure that the API key you're using has the necessary permissions to access the assistant. You might need to review the API key settings in your developer console. 3. **Assistant Configuration**: Make sure that the assistant is properly configured and is in a state that allows it to establish web calls. 4. **API Key Association**: If you have multiple API keys, ensure that you're using the one associated with the assistant you're trying to configure. 5. **Documentation Review**: Review the documentation for any specific requirements or restrictions regarding assistant IDs and API keys. 6. **Contact Support**: If you've tried the above steps and are still facing issues, it may be best to contact support for further assistance. If you need more detailed help or if you've tried these steps and are still encountering issues, please let me know, and I can assist you further.

@sgang07 can you share the call id?

Hi, @Shubham Bajaj - the call doesn't even launch. it just fails to launch/start a call, so I cant get to the call_id.
actually feel free to close it. I had a key that was only available for 1 assistant. after i deleted it, and created a new one, this problem went away
