My client has been been making payments to you last few weeks with same card with no problems. Now they have had their account frozen with you due to this error. it also seems that the card was declined (per our Stripe logs)

They tried to make the payment multiple times so that's maybe why. And thye have made payments to other platforms with same card afterwards for much larger amounts with no problems

The client is not tech savvy and unable to make a Loom. Can you see from your side why the last payment try did not go through from them?
