vapi is not making calls and in the collumn "Ended Reason" in the call logs, the reason is shown as "Customer Busy"
@Vapi can you read the massage?
v
@Jumanazar Yes, I can read your message. If VAPI is not making calls and the "Ended Reason" in the call logs shows "Customer Busy," it could indicate that the calls are being made, but the recipient's line is busy or not accepting calls at that time. To troubleshoot this issue, you may want to check the following: 1. Verify that the phone numbers you are calling are correct and currently able to receive calls. 2. Ensure that there are no issues with the recipients' phone service that might be causing them to appear busy. 3. Confirm that the call attempts are not being made during a time when the recipients are unlikely to answer, such as outside of business hours. 4. Check if there's a pattern to the "Customer Busy" status, such as it occurring with specific numbers or at certain times. If after these checks the issue persists, there might be a need for further technical investigation. Please let me know if you have performed these checks or if you need assistance with anything else.

Hey @Jumanazar To help track down this issue, could you share: - The call ID - When exactly this happened (the timestamp) - What response you expected to get - What response you actually got instead This would really help me figure out what went wrong!
