Bug when picking voices?

Is there a bug in changing the voice in the dashboard? I changed yesterday from an 11labs voice to openai voice and when creating call request the call is made with no voice. I'm trying to revert to the 11 labs voice again in the dashboard but in the voice provider dropdown only openai is an option, the other providers don't appear. adding in call ID of an example in case it helps d4821b61-3349-45cc-8898-fc6f17df96dd
