@Lukas Lacerda By default, you’re allowed to handle a maximum of 10 simultaneous calls (inbound and outbound combined). This limit isn’t tied to the number of users but to the total concurrent calls. If you need to increase this limit, you’ll need to purchase additional
concurrent lines from the dashboard.
Here’s how to purchase more concurrent lines:
- Go to the VAPI Dashboard.
- Look at the bottom left corner of the dashboard.
- Click on the green button labeled with your organization’s name.
- Select the Billing option.
On the Billing page, click on Add-ons, and you’ll see - the option to purchase more concurrent lines.
