Bot crashing in the middle of the call

The bot cut out in the middle of the call sometimes when users are talking with it. Is there something happening in the backend of Vapi?

Also is it normal that mid conversation the voice of the AI change to some sort of a fallback AI voice?

You have to check with twilio team why calls were disconnected, right after forwarding the call. Twilio Call Sid: CA22f36226efbd4a8affb77c00e15d2f02
