Webhook call Redundancy issue

Hello, I have a scenario in Make.com in which a caller calls in for an appointment and once the caller information is taken it sends a text confirmation back to a fixed phone number via Twilio. I tested this with a call from the web. The problem is that the text from twilio is sent even if A) the caller disconnects the call right after the initial greeting by the assistant. and B) in case the call goes to the end, instead of one text message 2 or 3 text messages are sent by Twilio- one with complete data ( Name, Tel, Reason for call, Date and time of the appointment) and the others are just a blank text message with no data. BTW, even the Airtable is added with extra empty rows. I am not sure but it looks like somehow the webhook is triggered multiple times unnecessarily and I cannot figure out when and how it is happening? Can you please advise. Thanks.
