Anyone having issues with knowledge bases? Our assistants in both organizations no longer work because it can't find the knowledge base IDs according to the status update webhook response. That makes no sense tho because we are literally copying the IDs from the dashboard. Even IDs that used to work aren't working. We need this fixed asap. The webhook response from the logs says it can't find the KB ID and they assistants work when we remove the KBs that is definitely what the issue is.
