make sure your tool output is not breaking the json of the response , vapi is expecting { "results": [ { "toolCallId": "X", "result": "Y" } ] } You can't have an output such : "error": "No such size Size for item Hamburger (Subs)." ...Must be "result": "No such size Size for item Hamburger (Subs)."
