Greetings @Vapi and team, Our company does B2B enterprise collections in KSA. I'd like to ask: can I use VAPI with KSA numbers to make calls in KSA? Also, how does the enterprise deployment architecture implemented? Could anyone guide me regarding the diagram or process? Thanks

@alfiann11 Hello and welcome! Yes, you can certainly use VAPI with KSA (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia) numbers to make calls within KSA. Our VAPI SIP trunk for telephony is designed to work internationally, including in KSA, allowing you to integrate voice capabilities into your applications seamlessly. Regarding the enterprise deployment architecture, we provide a robust and scalable solution tailored to enterprise needs. This includes guaranteed low latency on our Enterprise cluster, reserved concurrency, and higher rate limits to ensure your operations run smoothly. While I can provide a high-level overview, for a detailed diagram or process, our engineering team would be the best to guide you through it. As part of our Enterprise Plans, you can have calls with our engineering team 2-3 times per week to discuss such details. Would you like to get started on Vapi Enterprise and schedule a call with our engineering team to discuss the deployment architecture in detail? If so, please fill out the form provided in the "Contact us" section to initiate the process.

@User hi team, is this correct? @User
FYI
This contains twilio as example but process remains the same with other telephony provider as well.
Do let me know if you need any other help.

I got it, we were using twilio as well, this docs would become handy, thanks. About entreprise architecture, may I know how does it look like? We need to know about scoping in more details. Because we need to comply on SAMA compliance from KSA and requires us to store all data + backup, etc within KSA region in our side. As we were using GCP and there will be an on-prem not in our infra, but there will be connected to our client as well.
Just let me know whether this inquiry is not applicable here at this thread, so I can send specific email or any formal contact.

@alfiann11 it will be better to continue on-prem inquires over the email, support@vapi.ai and can mention as we discussed over discord.

I have sent the follow-up email, thanks!
