Tool calls not running!! Earlier the tools would run from the description and without needing to include that in the prompt area. But last few times, it doesn't run for example when customer wants to book an appt. So should tool call run be part of the prompting? For example run Appt tool when date and time is received? Or will it still work based on the tool call description/
