I have two scenarios that I am looking at the customer in ghl and then passing back data to modify the call.. I got to get clear on the API call first because I was hitting dead ends all day yesterday. Here's the two scenarios maybe you can relate. One is a simple billing system when's the due date how many days are they late use one vappy bot to communicate that and it changes their tone based upon how late it is. The other scenario is I have built a personal branding coach system and I am trying to return the name and what day of the program they are on. Based on the day it will go into the knowledge base to determine what the questions reflections and actions are. It's pretty simple to build a tool to look up the client in the ghl database but I am not getting the API call right to send the data back to the tool.
