Hello. I'm a new user and spent quite a bit of time setting up my assistant. Whenever I test it, the moment i start speaking it terminates the call and says room was deleted. I've disabled smart endpoints, but the logs still say they are enabled. I don't how how to resolve this and actually start using this product. I have an FAQ doc uploaded and linked in the assistant settings.
