im sending a request from a tool, and I assigned to it 2 headers.
I've made a get request of the tool and can see them both assigned

when you are in VAPI agent it will perform a tool call.  In that tool call function are you attaching headers to send in the payload?

usually tool calls look like this ```{

not sure a tool call from VAPI can send headers?
