Does anyone know the reason for this: I have 2 assistants in a squad for an inbound appointment setting ai. For some reason it is not sending end of call report via server url. I have the setting selected for both assistants. Also it is sending mid call reports when I don’t have it selected. Is this a potential bug with squads? Or is there a setting in the squads UI that I need to change?
