Is it possible to do thees two things in a custom webapp that is using Vapi?: 1) Push-to-talk functionality - e.g., the user holds down the spacebar on a keyboard when talking and the agent does not respond until the user releases the spacebar. This would allow the user to speak slowly, with pauses, without being interrupted by the agent. 2) Dynamically specify End of Speech Timeout -- iow specify the length of the duration of silence detected after the user stops speaking before the system assumes the user has finished their input.
