I feel like this is people first time joining Discord. Most compies are email only or bullshit chat. I am happy tech companies are at least trying something. The problem is people think just becuase Discord is being used they should spam and get instant messaging - when it does not work like that for any company. Are they slow sometimes ye, but its so much help in here, sometimes it does not matter.
