You call the AI Agent, the AI Agent picks up and looks up the phone number you called from. If you have a profile on the shopify store, it will take note of all your past purchases. Ask you a bunch of questions about your skin and your past purchases, then recommend a skincare routine for you. If it's a routine you like, it will create an order and email it to. You simply give your card details and buy the product.
