If I have issues with TTS (text to speech) many times i test on Eleven Labs directly with the voice to see if it has the same issue. It can sometimes be the actual voice being used and you may want to switch to a different voice. If you see the text from the LLM being CORRECT but the voice saying things incorrectly then it is a voice issue. IF the LLM is not responding CORRECT with the data then it most likely is an issue with the prompt.
