Vapi unable to get response from function calls

I'm using make.com for a simple flow where a webhook is integrated to a tool call (function) and it just fetches 5 rows from a google sheet and passes those as a string response back to the function. The tool call works as it follows vapi's documentation and the response is sent successfully from make.com but vapi fails to get it. Please look into this issue urgently as we are facing a lot of issues due to this problem
