What is the best recommended path to QA a call to ensure product data and inventory levels are accurate? I was going down the route of doing async tool calls during the call to just 'triple check' the LLM itself, but I saw you can use knowledge base documents which I could upload a CSV of inventory and quantity data would. really appreciate any guidence!
