yeah I tested it a while ago for webcalls and it worked fine (you'd need additional config to get it to work with twilio from what I understand) the important point though for this current issue being raised is that the tool allows the agent to send tones for consumption by the system the agent is calling. It's not to capture user keypresses on their keypad for the agent (this is redundant because people can now use their words).
