Happy New Year! I have an assistant built inside Vapi for an appointment setter but I ran into an issue related to the appointment setting on the 3rd + call from the same number. When the caller calls in and asks to schedule the appointment, the tool works great and when the caller calls in the 2nd time to change the appointment it works flawlessly as well. The issue appears when the caller calls in the 3rd time to schedule another appointment and at that point, the scenario does not fire in Make.com. The thought is that it is an issue with with prompt in Vapi since the first 2 times the scenario executes great. Has anyone run into a similar issue? Before I spend time in doing further troubleshooting I am hoping that someone ran into this and has a solution.
