Voice removed by owner

I found a suitable voice in the voice library “Mandy - Singaporean accent female” and added it to my assistant. Have been using it and my users love it. However when I tried today, it got an error from 11labs saying voice removed by owner. Is this voice owned by VAPI? Possible to get it back?

@yanfly the voice has been removed by the original owner from their account and 11labs team is working on it.

@yanfly this is the response coming from them, and you can try out other voices if works for you.

Long story short, you had a voice in your account from the Voice Library that the voice owner decided to remove. The notice period elapsed, and then they deleted their account. For whatever reason, this caused an issue where the system still tries to query that account, but they've deleted it.

I see. I always thought the voices are provided by VAPI. Didn’t realize they are from an owner in 11labs
