There's a few different ways to do that depending on what you need. I do most of my stuff in make.com so YMMV. - Create it in tools - Youtube search Vapi Tools Tutorials. (This is probably best but I've had less than stellar results having the bot "fire" the tools) - Run another ai to get the details from the transcription. That's pretty straight forward. (This is pretty reliable on good calls, but sometimes the ai decides to do it's own thing so you might want to turn the temp down) - Set up the summary report to do these. (This is something I've played with but about 20-30% of the time the bot adds in some details that mess up the data collection for me). You could probably do the bottom 2 options and then run a parser or regex type thing or something through it get the phone and email so that it's at least correct. I'm not a dev so there's probably better answers to this.
