I find the native call forwarding feature in Vapi to not be super reliable or easy to control. Alternatively I suggest using your own Tool/Function for "Call Forwarding" or more specifically in this instance, to Alert the person who would be receiving the forwarded call to join into the call and have the agent removed. I pulled this off using twilio conferencing to have the Agent and User speaking on a call that was easier to control and join than a typical one directional phone call. @dominick6161 @xDekohyx
