This is what i do. I use Make for the tool call. So i add a gpt node before this and convert this into a speech with available dates. For example: sorry we have tomorrow 9am And 9:45 am available. And send it back to the tool via webhook response like you’ve shown here. That was agent replies straightaway with the available slots.
