Hi @Alexi I hope you dont mind - I need some help on the conferencing config - sent you a friend request. I'm at the same stage and hope you dont mind me DMing you. - I'm comfortable creating APIs and tools etc for Vapi, but didn't know it was possible to configure how Twilio interacts with Vapi - do you have any tips on where to begin - or an outline of how it pieces together? The problem we have is quite often when we do a warm transfer the person on the other end doesn't answer lol - so we need a better solution and the conferencing sounds like a good idea - thanks for any help really appreciate it!
