To associate a credit card with your account, you can follow these steps:

https://dashboard.vapi.ai/billing
2. Add your card number and details.
3. Click the Tick Icon to add the card.
4. If a verification pop-up appears, complete the verification and click the Tick Icon again.
Once you've added a payment method, check again to see if the campaigns section becomes visible.
