Tested 2 model providers: Vapi Model: - I can create blocks with smaller systems prompts per 'step' and task outcomes with data fields - no general system prompt - no knowledge base to refer to General model such as OpenAI - one general system prompt with f.e explanation on communication style - I can create tasks in the system prompt and refer to tools and expected outcomes. Within the tool I can set expected data fields as properties - references to knowledge base with extra context for the assistant Got some questions: - What is in general the upside of the Vapi modela as provider? - Is there a downside of not having 1 general system prompt when having Vapi as the model provider? - How do I attach knowledge base when having Vapi as the model provider?
