Guys. - need help: Since last week, the VAPI agent I configured has not following the script I created new assistant, re written the prompts and uploaded the files in KB - still it is not following It is frustrating to see that the agent that was working fine earlier is not following instructions I raised a support ticket ANy one else facing issue with VAPI agents ?
