Hello @AiTitus :), I'm sorry to bother you but could you just please tell me something about VAPI. I'm trying to check the coherence between dates and day, as well as closing days for a booking appointment service using the transcriber. It works fine sometimes and then other times, i don't understand why, it just make mistakes and doesn't follow the instructions in the prompt anymore. Can you please just tell me if it's normal and i should use an API because of limitations the VAPI agent has, or i'm doing something wrong with the prompt?? I have spent countless days, and hundreds of euros with testings to fix this issue, and i really want to get to the bottom of it.. Thank you for your insight.
