Hey there guys, I’m trying to create a squad that can switch from English to Spanish if the person speaks only Spanish, however from I what I’ve found to switch to Spanish assistant you need to ask the English assistant in English for it to understand and properly make the switch. Obviously this is not helpful if the person calling speaks no English. Does anyone have any insight into how to fix this problem? Also the visual squad builder is horrific and very limited in customization, I’m guessing a lot of people create squads like this using the API? Thanks in advance for your help.
