Hello, I cannot get the billing system to bill my cc. I have entered and confirmed my card info several times and all I recieve is a billing error message. I have sent a couple of emails to support with a link to a loom vid. Please help asap. Thank you 🙂

Yes, I have checked with my bank and they are not declining any charges. There is sufficient credit on the card available to process the VAPI charge.
The error message reads: "Error Updating Payment Method Please confirm your card details and try again"

Hi @Wilf , it seems that your card is failing zip code checks, suggesting that you may be inputting a mismatched zip code?

No, I have 100% added the correct "postal code". I am not in the US and do not have a "zip code". However, postal codes are the same thing (a post code) and I have entered my code correctly. I will try one more time without entering spaces. Our postal codes have 3 characters, followed by a space, followed by 3 more characters. Zip codes have zero spaces. Sometimes that has been an issue, I am checking now.
So, the app automatically defaults to adding a space to the post code if the country selected is Canada.
