Is Vapi Artificially changing the Call Recordings ...

I started counting the delay in between when i finish and when the a.i speaks. Its around 1.8-2.6 seconds. But when i look at the call recordings theres barely a 0.5s difference. If not at all. Why is there a difference in delay between real life call and recording of the call? This is a critical liability within the infrastructure that vapi provides us. If you cant provide us honest and accurate recordings. Whats the point of having it?

@Hair I understand your concern regarding the latency discrepancy between the live call experience and the call recordings. It's important to note that Vapi is designed with low latency and high reliability in mind. The difference you're observing could be due to several factors, including network conditions, processing delays, or the recording system's optimization for playback. The recordings are intended to accurately reflect the call as it occurred, but they may be processed to ensure clarity and continuity, which can sometimes result in shorter perceived delays. If you believe there is a critical issue with the infrastructure, I would recommend reaching out to our support team with specific details of the calls in question. They can investigate the matter further and provide you with a more detailed explanation or a resolution. Would you like me to assist you in contacting support or provide you with more information on how to proceed?

@Hair We don't do any such thing which you have mentioned. It's a code process that is completely locked down, so it's not possible. Given your argument, imagine the costs we would incur if we started tampering with calls. Additionally, it's not even technically possible for us to create hoax calls running in the background.
@Hair To help track down this issue, could you share: - The call ID - When exactly this happened (the timestamp) - What response you expected to get - What response you actually got instead This would really help me figure out what went wrong!
