Hello, It would be great to pass the current date/time with timezone to the agent on start of call so it's aware vs always defaulting to last cut off date of model. This is because I have instances where i need the current date/time to answer questions from users lke "whats the special of the day?" , "when can i pick up the order today?" etc... Right now, I have setup a tool which is fine, but it would be faster and less error prone if loaded at start of call.
