Concurrency limit hit, no active calls

Any new call I'm trying to start is hit with a concurrency limit, and unfortunately, the limit is still set at 10, but there are no active calls. Is something broken with concurrency?

actually looks like I have 12 active calls, but no running counter or anything. I wonder if they just got bugged
all of the calls were stuck in the "queued" position. I'm going to force update them to ended

cool. it can make calls now. is there a way via API (or reversing the twilio status callback) to hard-kill calls on our side yet?

@rowdy you can try using DELTE call api but there is no way to cool down the concurrency limit by yourself https://docs.vapi.ai/api-reference/calls/delete

@Shubham Bajaj I’m now having this exact same problem…even purchased an additional 15 lines and no luck getting calls out. Never had this issue before.

ahh tried this but it didn't work :(. Would love a way to do this from the API
