Even though we are in the same organization, I can't see the assistant she created and she cant see mine? How do i see her assistants? She accepted the invitation and is in.
v
@Viracocha It sounds like you might need to adjust the sharing settings for your assistants. In VAPI, assistants can typically be shared with other members of the same organization. Here's what you can do: 1. Ask your colleague to check the sharing settings of the assistant she created. She may need to share it with you explicitly. 2. Similarly, you should check the sharing settings of your assistant and share it with her. 3. Ensure that both of you have the appropriate permissions within the organization to view and edit each other's assistants. If you're not sure how to change the sharing settings or if you believe there might be a permission issue, please ask support for more info on this. They can provide detailed guidance based on your organization's setup and permissions.

@Vapi how do i change the sharing settings of an assistant
v
@Viracocha To change the sharing settings of an assistant in VAPI, you typically need to follow these steps: 1. Log in to your VAPI dashboard. 2. Navigate to the assistant you want to share. 3. Look for the settings or sharing options, which might be under a menu labeled "Settings," "Share," or something similar. 4. In the sharing settings, you should be able to add users or groups from your organization and set their permission levels (e.g., view, edit). 5. Enter the email address or name of the colleague you want to share the assistant with. 6. Choose the appropriate permission level for your colleague. 7. Save or apply the changes. If you're unable to find these options or if the process is different for your specific setup, please ask support for more info on this. They can provide you with the exact steps for your VAPI environment.

@Vapi there are not settings or share options for my assistants
v
@Viracocha If you're unable to find the settings or share options for your assistants, it's possible that the sharing functionality might not be directly accessible through the user interface, or it could be managed differently in your version of VAPI. In this case, I recommend reaching out to the support team for further assistance. They can provide you with specific instructions on how to share assistants within your organization or troubleshoot any issues you might be encountering. Please ask support for more info on this, and they will guide you through the necessary steps to enable sharing of your assistants.

she was able to create a new assistant that we both can see
so it perhaps was just the original assistants before she was invited that were not available
s
@Viracocha There are a total of 9 assistants that you can both see in your organization. Your organization member is in a different organization, which is why you cannot see the assistants in their organization.
v
Ok thank you for investigating that for me
Can I spoof the outbound number to match the number of my client's main number so the call recipients can call back to the main number rather than the provisioned Twilio number?
s
@Viracocha you cannot spoof the outbound number.
v
ok
