@Marketeer As of now, there is no way to know about the concurrency limit, but we are working on this project as well.

@Marketeer can you try again, make sure to hit calls in gap of 1 seconds atleast and always one less than your current concurrency limit.

@Shubham Bajaj @AdeB limit got hit again even after we put multiple safeguards on our side and slowed things beyond advice
Ok this was actually one of our clients fault, they put their leads in the wrong workload and triggered like 500 calls at the same time 🤦‍♂️. If you can clear it for us we’d appreciate I’m so sorry.
@Shubham Bajaj concurrency limit already hit today after only about 10 calls…. Triggering 10 seconds apart. :-(.
Hi @Shubham Bajaj sorry to bug you about this what seems like every day. But we hit the limit again. Our calls are spaced out with a 5 second buffer before the webhook and AFTER the webhook, and we are still hitting it.
Any solutions? We hit the limit, then it clears after a few minutes, but we shoujld be able to call more than 2 leads per minute thats crazy… especially after buying additional lines. @Shubham Bajaj

@Marketeer Your calls length is greater than > 30 seconds and when you hit 2CPM means 10CP5M which means if your existing calls are still in continuation so every 11th call from 6th minute will be dropped. @Marketeer BTW what's your concurrency limit and avergae call duration?

Limit is 15, average call is like 2 mins @Shubham Bajaj
