Hi need the SIP trunking configuration for 3CX my phone system

@ron 12 Certainly! To configure SIP trunking for your 3CX phone system, you'll need to follow these general steps: 1. **Access the 3CX Management Console**: Log in to your 3CX Management Console, which is where you will configure the SIP trunk. 2. **Add SIP Trunk**: Navigate to "SIP Trunks" and click on "Add SIP Trunk". 3. **Select Country and Provider**: Choose your country and select the provider from the list or choose 'Generic' if your provider is not listed. 4. **Enter Trunk Details**: You will need to enter the details of your SIP Trunk. This typically includes: - The name of the trunk - The SIP server/hostname or IP address - The number of simultaneous calls your trunk supports (channels) - Authentication details (username and password) if required by your SIP provider 5. **Outbound Rules**: Configure outbound rules to define how calls are routed through the SIP trunk. 6. **Inbound Rules**: Configure inbound rules to define how incoming calls are handled and routed within your phone system. 7. **Advanced Settings**: Depending on your provider, you may need to adjust advanced settings like DTMF settings, codecs, and transport protocols. 8. **Apply Changes**: Save your configuration and apply the changes. Please note that the exact configuration steps and details may vary depending on your SIP provider. It's important to have the configuration details provided by your SIP trunk provider to complete the setup accurately. If you need specific assistance with the configuration or have any questions about the parameters, please provide the details, and I'll be happy to help further!

@ron 12 Please refer to the following guides that demonstrate how to establish a connection with your SIP provider: https://vapi.notion.site/SIP-104008c8393f80feaeb7de8ca19565ed Note: While these guides use Twilio as an example, the process remains consistent across other telephony providers. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you require additional assistance.

@ron 12 You cannot send requests directly to our IP addresses. Instead, you must send inbound requests to sip.vapi.ai. All requests and traffic to our IP addresses have been blocked. For a more detailed analysis of the issue, please share the PCAP file.
