The current list of Assistants on the Assistants page is true, but the list of assistants will often show old and deleted assistants on the Outbound Form under "Phone Numbers" and the on the Allowed Assistants dropdown when setting up a new API. The Outbound Form and the API dropdown do not show the current list of Assistants that are present on the Assistants page. the 1st screenshot is the list of my assistants visible on the assistants page. the second screenshot is the list of assistants that are seen on the outbound call dropdown menu
you'll notice the outbound call dropdown has duplicates and also does not have all of the active assistants that are seen on the assistants page
