Hi - I am sending an outbound call using an HTTP request. The Assistant is using Open AI - gpt-4o-mini (~750ms latency) Deepgram - en - nova 2 phonecall w/ background denoising Deepgram - Asteria for voice End Call - Enabled Dial Keypad - Enabled All other settings are default My agent needs to navigate an IVR to reach a human and then ask some questions. The agent gets past the IVR with difficulty. It has a hard time switching from Dial Keypad to Speech. But when it does start talking to a human, it repeats itself often and even cuts itself off. The AI seems to be like 3 questions behind even if I give it ample time to respond. Any idea what's going on? this was working a couple days ago. I'm wondering if openai is acting up or if maybe deepgram isn't translating back the conversation to openai quick enough? the markdown prompt is fairly clear and straight forward
